Are low fat foods healthy?
Not necessarily.
It can be tempting when trying to lose weight to be lured in by the marketing strategies on the front of "low fat" foods however, these foods tend to be much higher in sugar and salt to make them taste nicer.
It's actually better to have the unaltered version without all the added sugar and salt but have a bit less of it!
